Behavior Technician
Work 1:1 with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA strategies. You’ll follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect session data, and support families in reinforcing progress at home and in the community.
BCBA
Design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families and schools to support children’s progress. Provide training, monitor data, and ensure services are compassionate and effective.
